Agrofirm with French investments was recovered lease rights of 105 ha by the Anti-Raider Commission

The Сommission of the Ministry of Justice on the issues of handling complaints relating to the state registration canceled the illegal registration and recovered the right to lease 105 hectares of land to the enterprise with French investments Agrofirm Leader (Dnepropetrovsk region).

This was informed by Elena Sukmanova, Deputy Ministrer of Justice.

"In late October, the Agrofirm Leader filed a complaint with the Commission about the recovery of the right to lease 25 land plots with the area of 105 hectares, which were cultivated by the enterprise on the basis of agreements concluded with the landowners," Elena Sukmanova noted.

According to the Deputy Minister, after considering the complaint, the Commission found out that the registrars violated the registration procedure when the lease for Agrofirm Leader was terminated.

"Therefore, the complaint of the company was satisfied, and the violated rights were restored," Elena Sukmanova emphasized.

For the violations of four state registries, the Ministry of Justice disabled their access to the state register of real estate rights for six months.

"I am convinced that this case should become another evidence that state institutions are ready to react urgently to violation of business rights and restore justice. And this concerns not only domestic enterprises, but also enterprises with foreign investments. Every businessman investing money in the Ukrainian economy should be sure that his rights are reliably protected," the Deputy Minister summed up.
