Annual general meeting of shareholders of Kernel Holding SA approved the appointment of Yevgeny Osipov as a Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Moreover, the powers of Konstantin Litvinskiy were terminated.

A new CEO was appointed in the company Kernel-Trade — Aleksandr Golovin, who previously held the position of Deputy CEO of Kernel-Trade.
