The company directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy increased its stake in Kernel to 39,47%

Namsen Limited, a legal entity directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy, a chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, increased its stake in the company to 39.47%.

As it is reported by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Namsen Limited acquired during 21–22 December 2017 a total of 302.43 thousand shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 48.28 PLN per share (USD 13,8).

As of 28 December 2017, Namsen Limited holds 32,34 million shares in the Company representing 39.47% of the share capital.

Before the acquisition, Namsen Limited owned 32.04 million shares, which made up 39.1% of the share capital.

Reference: Cascade Investment Fund owned by the Member of Parliament of Ukraine Vitaliy Khomutynnik increased its stake in Kernel to 6.59%.
