Aleksandr Petrov's company increased its stake in IMC to 68.39%

A legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of the IMC, purchased on 27 December 2017 a total of 25 605 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 12.20 PLN per share.

The total shareholding of Agrovalley Limited increased to 22 690 815 shares following the transaction. Such shareholding is equivalent to 68.39% of total shares.

Reference: the number of registered shares of IMC — 33.178 million.

Earlier it was reported, that in the first 9 months of 2017, IMC's revenues increased by 2% compared with the same period of 2016 and amounted to USD 81.5 million.
