A seed plant is completed in Zhytomyr regrion

The construction of a new seed plant is completed in Pochuyki village of Zhytomyr region.

Administration of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate in Zhytomyr region issued a certificate of readiness for the object: "A new construction of a plant for the production of seeds of agricultural crops (1st phase 1st start-up complex), Zhytomyr region, Popelnyansky district, Pochuyki village, outside the village, a complex of buildings and facilities number 3".

According to the analytical system YouControl, Ukraine enterprise is a subsidiary of Eridon group of companies.

The total area of the complex is 7 118.1 m², and the cost of fixed assets taken into operation is UAH 644.35 million.

"The plant is the most modern in Ukraine and is fitted with the equipment of a recognized world leader — the German company Petkus. It has the highest level of computerization and automation of all production processes. The quality of seeds will fully comply with the highest world standards," the report said.

Reference: Monsanto in 2018 will open a new seed plant in the Zhytomyr region. Its construction began in 2014 on the basis of an already existing seed plant. The plant is built on the latest technologies with the observance of all environmental standards at the highest level.
