Monsanto to launch a seed plant in Zhytomyr region in September 2018

In September 2018, Monsanto Company plans to launch a seed plant in Pochuyki village in Zhytomyr region (Ukraine).

Zhytomyr Regional State Administration informs that the facility will start operating in August, and the launch is planned for September.

Reference: in early February, the construction of a new seed plant was finished in in Pochuyki village in Zhytomyr region. The area of the complex is 7 118.1 m², and the cost of fixed assets taken into operation is UAH 644.35 million. Construction of the seed plant began in 2014. The plant is provided with the equipment of the German company Petkus.
