4.3k tons of apples exported from Ukraine in January 2018

Ukraine in January 2018 exported 4.27 thousand tons of apples, pears and quinces worth of USD 1.23 million.
The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine informs that the major importers of Ukrainian apples in the reporting period are Belarus (USD 798 thousand), Sweden (USD 181 thousand) and the UK (USD 65 thousand).
Exports to these countries amounted to 2.78 thousand tons, 630 tons and 226 thousand tons, respectively. Exports to other countries amounted to 637, 4 tons.
Earlier it was reported that the harvest of fruit and berries in Ukraine in 2017 amounted to 2 million tons from 194 thousand hectares, with a productivity of 10.52 tons/ha.
