Ukrainian grain exports reached 27 MT

Ukraine since the beginning of 2017/18, as of 28 February 2018, exported 26.94 million tons of grain, which is 2.29 million tons less than over the same period last year.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports that wheat exports amounted to 13.18 million tons, which is 350 thousand tons less than over the same period of the previous year.

According to the report, from the beginning of 2017/18, Ukraine exported 4 million tons of barley (-638 thousand tons) and 9.45 million tons of corn (-1.26 million tons). The export of rye amounted to 16.8 thousand tons.
