Negotiating the sale of Mriya is underway — RSA

Negotiations to sell the assets of agricultural holding Mriya are conducted between its management and other companies.

This was informed by Stepan Barna, Head of Ternopil Regional State Administration.

"I know about such initiatives, I do not have official confirmation, but such negotiations are held between the owners of Mriya and other companies. Not just Saudi Arabia is involved, but also Ukrainian companies are," he said.

Stepan Barna noted that first Mriya needs to bring order to the cultivated lands.

"We are actively assisting in this process," he stressed.

Reference: Continental Farmers Group is negotiating takeover of Mriya Agroholding. The current price offered by Continental Farmers does not suit Mriya yet. The final decision has not yet been made.
