MHP leads among soybean processors in Sep-Feb 2017/18

Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) leads among soybean processors in Sep-Feb 2017/18, APK-Inform reports.

In September-February 2017/18, the volume of soybean processing at the Katerynopilsky elevator (MHP) amounted to 134.3 thou. tons.

"The increase in soybean processing by MHP is due to the closed cycle of processing at the enterprise," the report notes.

Among the major Ukrainian soybeans processors are:

• Katerynopilsky elevator (MHP) — 134.3 thou. tons (2016/17: 94 thou. tons);
• Globyno processing plant (Astarta-Kyiv) — 104 thou. tons (105 thou. tons);
• Pology Oil Extraction Plant — 78 thou. tons (33 thou. tons);
• PromTechAgroTorg — 35 thou. tons (36 thou. tons);
• Protein-Production (GREENSTONE) — 34 thou. tons (16 thou. tons);
• Tegra Ukraine Ltd — 31 thou. tons (24 thou. tons);
• Viktor & K — 29 thou. tons;
• Vinnytsia OFP — 15 thou. tons (6 thou. tons);
• Agrofirm Vidrodzhennia — 15 thou. tons (13 thou. tons);
• Yavir-Invest — 10 thou. tons (6 thou. tons).
