AMCU authorized the purchase of turkey meat producer by Dragon Capital

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized Dragon Capital to acquire a stake in UPG Food Holdings Limited, which owns a large turkey meat producing company. This transaction will be done by Dragon Capital through NUF Equity Investments Limited.

Thus, the acquisition of shares in UPG Food Holdings Limited will ensure Dragon Capital the achievement of 50% of the votes in the company's highest management body.

Also, the Committee granted permission for concerted actions by NUF Equity Investments Limited and Dytchi-Invest Limited in the form of meeting the terms of the draft share purchase agreement, which will be concluded between companies to withhold competition from the company for a period of 5 years.

Note: UPG Food Holdings Limited owns the group of companies UPG-Invest, which is engaged in turkey growing and the production of meat under the TM "Syaivir".
