Vegetable oils transshipment in seaports dropped 73k tons

The seaports of Ukraine in January-April 2018 provided for the transshipment of 2 013 thou. tons of vegetable oils, which is 72.72 thou. tons less than over the corresponding period last year.

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) informs that the top 5 seaports in terms of transshipment volumes are:

  • Mykolaiv — 956.83 thou. tons (+2.62% as compared to the corresponding period last year);
  • Chernomorsk — 522.77 thou. tons (-8.01%);
  • Yuzhny — 456.81 thou. tons (+4.72%);
  • Odessa — 43.75 thou. tons (+145.51%);
  • Izmail — 32.92 thou. tons (+18.67%).

Previously it was reported that seaports of Ukraine in January-April 2018 transshipped 13.13 million tons of grain, which is 460.89 thou. tons less vs the corresponding period last year.
