Ukraine increases exports of wheat bran to the EU

Ukraine is increasing exports of wheat bran, despite the decline in production, UkrAgroConsult informs.

Wheat bran exports over ten months of MY2017/18 (July-April) increased 9%. The major importer of Ukrainian wheat bran is traditionally Turkey, which accounts for 89% of the total export structure.

Over the reporting period, Ukraine exported to the EU 10.1 thou. tons of wheat bran vs 4.4 thou. tons for the entire MY2016/17. A similar increase in exports to Egypt is observed.
