Aleksandr Petrov increased his stake in IMC to 70.61%

A legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, purchased on 30 May 2018 a total of 32 000 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 12.60 PLN per share.
Thus following the transaction he increased the total shareholding of Agrovalley Limited to 23 426 265 shares. Such shareholding is equivalent to 70.61% of total shares outstanding.
Reference: the number of registered shares of IMC — 33.178 million.
Previously it was reported that IMC's net loss in Q1 of 2018 had amounted to USD 8.23 million vs USD 5.68 million for the corresponding period in the year 2017.
