Svarog West Group plant's capacity in Lotivka is 15 tons per hour
The considerable capacity of the Lotivka Elit enterprise, which is a structural division of Svarog West Group Corp., is represented by a seed plant where the company's grain is stored.
The corporation informs that the seed plant in Lotivka village (Shepetivka district, Khmelnitsky region), has a production capacity of 10 to 15 tons of seeds per hour. The plant specializes in cleaning, calibration, disinfection and packing seeds of grain and leguminous crops. In addition, a workshop has been built to after-treat niche crops, in particular, a line for gymnosperm pumpkin treatment has been installed.
The plant regularly undergoes the modernization of production processes, the material and technical base is constantly expanding. Moreover, production control is carried out only by 5 people per shift, since the main processes are automated. The seed plant provides grain processing and packaging services and also conducts laboratory tests of grain quality.
The enterprise pays much attention to innovation and rational use of resources. Therefore, there is an agrochemical laboratory carrying out soil analysis in the structure of Lotivka Elit.
It is noted that there are 500 staff at Lotivka Elit, and in the production season this number reaches 700. With the application of modern machinery and introducing progressive technologies for growing grain crops, the enterprise increases yield.
