Flour exports from Ukraine result in 397k tons

Flour exports from the beginning of MY2017/18, as of June 6, 2018, amounted to 396.6 thousand tons, which is a 53,4 thou. tons higher volume than the indicator for the corresponding period of the previous marketing season.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports that wheat flour exports made up 395 thou. tons, which is 53.2 thou. tons more than over the relevant period of MY2016/17.

Export of flour of other types for the reported period amounted to 1,6 thou. tons.

Reference: if sustaining the current export rates, the total export of flour in July-May of MY2017/18 should reach c.410 thou. tons.
