Export volumes of bran increased 10%

Ukraine over 11 months of MY2017/18 (July-May) exported 567.1 thou. tons of wheat bran, which is a 10% higher volume than for the corresponding period a season earlier, APK-Inform reports.

The main growth was provided by the key importer of Ukrainian bran — Turkey, which increased the import of the product by 44.6 thou. tons up to 550.2 thou. tons. Egypt follows Turkey with the increased volume by 7,5 thou. tons to 8,1 thou. tons.

In total, nine countries purchased wheat bran from Ukraine this season, but regular imports were made only by Turkey.
