MHP sees no credibility in the "high risk" companies rating
The agri-industrial holding Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) commented on online media information that the company "topped the world rating of the most dangerous companies for people."
A private institution that was founded by the Jeremy Koller Foundation in 2015 and is an integrated network of investors — FAIRR Initiative is the rating compiler.
MHP notes that the aims and methods of research, as well as the list of companies and the criteria for their selection, are not transparent and are determined by the FAIRR independently, without authoritative expert scientific or research organizations confirmation.
The research itself uses only information from the media and other public sources, which, according to the holding, reflect the authors' own opinion, without confirming it with expert judgements of official institutions.
"FAIRR did not apply to the MHP for any additional information confirmed by expert opinions on the issues stated in the rating, and did not ask for any certificates or conclusions from regulatory and supervisory bodies," the company states.
