3.4 mln tons of vegetable oils traded abroad in Jan-Jul 2018

The data of the customs statistics service of Ukraine shows that in January-July 2018 export of vegetable oils stood at 3.43 million tons, Ports of Ukraine report.

In monetary terms, exports amounted to USD 2.59 billion.

In January-July, 2018, Ukraine imported 134.78 thou. tons of vegetable oils worth USD 114.54 million. In particular, palm oil imports amounted to 122.56 thou. tons.

In July, the export of vegetable oils resulted in 436 thou. tons (USD 330 million), import — 24.13 thou. tons (USD 19.224 million).

Reference: the seaports of Ukraine in January-July 2018 provided for the transshipment of 3 193.89 thou. tons of vegetable oils, which is 281.45 thou. tons less than over the corresponding period last year.
