Flour export rate dropped 40%

Since the beginning of MY2018/19 as of September 5, 2018, flour exports from Ukraine stand at 28.7 thou. tons.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that this indicator is 11.2 thou. tons (or 39%) lower than in the corresponding period of the previous year. In MY2017/18, 412.6 thou. tons of flour were exported from Ukraine.

Previously it was reported that in the context of global macroeconomic changes and ongoing trade conflicts, changes were made in the structure of trade in value-added products, including flour.
