Astarta-Kyiv purchased 4.5 thou. of its own shares

The agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv purchased its own shares in the quantity of 4 487 with the average price of PLN 32,14 per share between September 3, 2018, and September 7, 2018, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Previously it was reported that Astarta-Kyiv reduced its net income by 49% to EUR 37 million. EBITDA corrected 37% to EUR 60 million, whereas the consolidated revenues stood at EUR 175 million (-30% y-o-y) on the correction of sugar price, decreased sales volumes and a volatile performance of the EUR to USD exchange rate.
