Astarta keeps on purchasing its own shares

The agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv purchased its own shares in the quantity of 900 with the average price of PLN 31,69 per share between September 11, 2018, and September 14, 2018, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Between September 3, 2018, and September 7, 2018, the company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 4 487 with the average price of PLN 32,14 per share.
Note: the number of registered shares of Astarta-Kyiv is 25 million.
