Flour supplies from Ukraine to foreign markets made up 53 thou. tons

Since the start of MY2018/19, as of October 10, 2018, the export of Ukrainian flour amounted to 52.8 thou. tons.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that this indicator is 66.5 thou. tons less than it was exported over the corresponding period of the previous marketing year. Since the start of MY2018/19, wheat flour shipments amount to 52.5 thou. tons, whereas other types of flour — 0.3 thou. tons.

In MY2017/18, flour exports reached 412.6 thou. tons.

Previously it was reported that in the context of global macroeconomic changes and ongoing trade conflicts, changes were made in the structure of trade in value-added products, including flour.
