Flour shipments since the start of 2018/19 dropped to 57 thou. tons

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports that Ukraine has exported 57.6 thou. tons of flour by October 17, 2018.
This figure is 62.4 thou. tons less than during the corresponding period last year.
Since the start of MY2018/19, wheat flour shipments amount to 57.2 thou. tons, whereas other types of flour — 0.4 thou. tons.
In MY2017/18, flour exports reached 412.6 thou. tons.
Previously it was reported that in the context of global macroeconomic changes and ongoing trade conflicts, changes were made in the structure of trade in value-added products, including flour.
