EBRD provides a USD 48 mln credit facility for Kernel

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide a USD 48 mln credit facility for Kernel. This was informed by Anton UsovChief Spokesman Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia at EBRD, Interfax-Ukraine reports. The project was approved by the Board of Directors of the bank at a meeting on Thursday.

It is noted that the investments are aimed at agribusiness infrastructure. The total project cost in USD 110 mln.

Previously the company informed about the approved dividend payment of USD 0.25 per share.
