The EU sugar exports reduced 59% in November 2018

In November 2018, the EU countries exported 59% less sugar compared to the corresponding period last year, Ukrsugar informs.

According to the European Commission, in November 2018, the EU countries exported 133 thou. tons of sugar vs 324 thou. tons in 2017, whereas October 2018 shipments amounted to 267 thou. tons.

As previously reported, Astarta-Kyiv sugar production season was completed at the end of December with the final result of 352 thou. tons.
