Kernel scheduled dividend payment in April

The board of directors of Kernel Holding S.A. announced that the dividend of USD 0.25 per share (twenty five US cents per share), which was approved on the general meeting of shareholders held on 10 December 2018, will be payable on 25 April 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18 April 2019.

The dividend payment will be subject to deduction of Luxembourg withholding tax at a rate of 15%. The dividend will be paid in US dollars.

Number of shares issued: 81,941,230.

As previously reported, Kernel approved a dividend payment of USD 0.25 per share.
