Five Agroinvestgroup elevators up for auction

OpenMarket (the state enterprise CETAM of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine) put for auction five Agroinvestgroup elevators in Odesa region with a capacity of 285.5 thou. tons. The starting price is UAH 539 million.
Assets are pledged to Oschadbank.
The following grain storages are up for sale:
- Berezovsky elevator (80 thou. tons);
- Belgorod-Dniester elevator (55.9 thou. tons);
- Izmail elevator (27 thou. tons);
- Aliyag elevator (66.7 thou. tons);
- Belgorod-Dniester grain-producing integrated works (55.9 thou. tons).
The auction is scheduled for March 18th, 2019. Applications are accepted until March 17th, 2019. The starting price of the lot is UAH 538.834 million, the guarantee fee is UAH 26.9 million.
The national police launched an investigation into the theft of property by Agroinvestgroup officials. The damage from fraudulent actions is estimated at USD 100-120 million.
