Three Ukrainian companies dominate sugar beet pulp exports in 2018

In the year 2018, Ukraine exported 109.2 thou. tons of granulated sugar beet pulp, 9.2 thou. tons more than in 2017. This was informed by Ruslana Butylo, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine (Ukrsugar), AgroTimes reports.
According to her, the Republic of Korea is the leader among the importers of Ukrainian granulated, its share in the overall export structure is 24 pct.
Export supplies of granulated pulp were also made to Poland (18 pct), China (15 pct), Ireland (13 pct) and Italy (13 pct).
The leaders of sugar beet pulp exports in the reporting period are as follows:
- the FC Podillya — 32.5 thou. tons;
- Tsukoragroprom (Astarta-Kyiv) — 31.9 thou. tons;
- Radekhiv Sugar (Pfeifer & Langen) — 12.3 thou. tons.
