Ukraine among the key suppliers of agri produce to EU

In the period from May 2018 to April 2019, Ukraine exported EUR 6.29 billion worth of agri products to the EU and became one of the three main suppliers to the European Union.
By the European Commission report, the top three exporters of agricultural products to the EU are as follows:
- the USA — EUR 12.9 bln;
- Brazil — EUR 11.7 bln;
- Ukraine — EUR 6.29 bln.
Ukraine outpaced such countries as China, Argentina, Switzerland and Turkey.
Growth of agricultural production in Ukraine in January-May 2019 showed a 2 percent increase compared to the relevant period last year.
