Flour export from Ukraine improved 1.5x since the season's start

Flour export shipment from Ukraine since the start of 2019/20 has reached 191.8 thou. t, 67.3 thou. t (54%) more from the prior year's comparative indicator, 118.1 thou. t.

The information and analytical portal of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine reports that by Jan.3 exports reached the following indicators:

• wheat flour — 190.7 thou. t (up 66.9 thou. t from the comparative period of 2018/19);
• other types of flour — 1.1 thou. t (up 0.4 thou. t).

Flour exports in the 2018/19 season reached 301.4 thou. t vs. 413 thou. t in 2017/18.
