Astarta's CEO increased shareholding in the company

On Jan.10 2020, Albacon Ventures Limited, wholly owned by Viktor Ivanchyk, Chief Executive Officer of Astarta-Kyiv, acquired in total 10 000 shares of the company.
"Such shareholding, post transaction, is equivalent to 38.4% of total shares outstanding," the message reads.
The total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited increased from 9,597,294 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,607,294 shares following the transaction.
As a reminder, capitalisation of Astarta-Kyiv in the period of January 10-16 improved by 17.9% to USD 124 mln.
