Donbas region will receive a separate law on land market — Sluga Narodu
A new legislative project on the land market will be prepared for residents of the occupied territories of Donbas, but only after the region is de-occupied. This was announced by MP of the Sluga Narodu fraction Oleksiy Ustenko, 112 Ukraine reports.
"Apparently, this will be another legislative draft. And the land market in the temporarily occupied territories will open when these territories become Ukrainian again," Oleksiy Ustenko noted.

Earlier it was reported that the lands transferred by the state to agricultural producers for permanent use can be redeemed with an instalment plan for 7 years.
