Flour supply from Ukraine upsized 1.5x

Since the start of 2019/20, flour export from Ukraine has reached 246 thou. t, 83.1 thou. t (51%) more from the prior year's comparative indicator, 162.9 thou. t.
The information and analytical portal of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine reports that by Feb. 17 exports reached the following indicators:
- wheat flour — 244.7 thou. t (up 82.6 thou. t from the comparative period of 2018/19);
- other types of flour — 1.3 thou. t (up 0.5 thou. t).
Flour exports in the 2018/19 season reached 301.4 thou. t vs. 413 thou. t in 2017/18.
Previously reported that the U.A.E. imported 9% more flour over half the current season than within the entire 2018/19. The country holds a 28% share in Ukrainian flour exports.
