Salaries in agriculture sector climbed 6x in a decade

The average monthly salary of full-time employees in the agriculture sector, forestry and fisheries of Ukraine increased 6x during 2010-2019, the AgroRobota.com.ua job search service writes.
In 2010, the salary of agricultural employees was UAH 1,467, and in 2019 UAH 8,856 (per staff member).
For comparison, during the same period wages in construction increased from UAH 1,777 to UAH 9,356, and in the industrial sector from UAH 2,578 to UAH 11,788.
The average monthly wages in Ukrainian agribusiness increased by 16.5% YoY in April 2020.
