April wages in Ukrainian agribusiness raised 16.5%

The average monthly wages in Ukrainian agribusiness increased by 16.5% YoY in April 2020, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reports. Thus, in April industry workers were paid UAH 10.4 thou. on average.
In the period of January-April 2020, the average monthly salary totalled UAH 9.09 thou., 16.2% more from the comparative period of 2019.
In 12M 2019, the average wages in Ukrainian agribusiness increased by 21.9% from 2018. The State Statistics Service reported that the average salary in the period of January-December 2019 totalled UAH 8.74 thou.
