Viktor Ivanchyk increased shareholding in Astarta to 39.5%

On Sep. 30, Albacon Ventures Limited, wholly owned by Chief Executive Officer of Astarta-Kyiv Viktor Ivanchyk acquired in total 100,000 shares of the company.
The company's shares were purchased at an average price of 17 PLN per share, bringing the total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited from 9,785,940 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,885,940 shares following the transaction.
Such shareholding, post transaction, is equivalent to 39.54% of total shares outstanding.
The market capitalisation of Astarta-Kyiv in the period of Sep. 24-30 decreased by 3.7% to USD 109 mln.
