Sowing Online 2020/21: regions planting the largest winter wheat areas

As of November 30, agriproducers in Ukraine planted 6.03 mln ha of winter wheat, 99% of the planned 6.1 mln ha.

Under the data of the project Sowing Online 2020/21, regions with the highest winter wheat sown areas are (thou. ha):

1. Zaporizhzhya: 652.3
2. Kharkiv: 495.52
3. Odesa: 490
4. Dnipropetrovsk: 489.9
5. Kherson: 483.5
6. Mykolaiv: 410
7. Donetsk: 355.2
8. Vinnytsya: 315.4
9. Kirovohrad: 304.6
10. Luhansk: 273.2

In 2019, winter wheat areas in Ukraine totalled 6645.3 thou. ha.
