Extreme weather conditions halted cargo shipment in Ukrainian sea ports

Today, February 8, a number of maritime ports have restricted operations with grain cargoes following the extreme weather conditions on the Black Sea, the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) reports.

Transshipment has been suspended at the ports of Mykolaiv, Olvia and Reni because of heavy rain and fog. Harbor pilotage and cargo operations were restricted in Chernomorsk. Pilotage has been halted in Odesa and Pivdenny ports due to wind.
