Abromavicius' Swedish company authorized to consolidate agricultural assets in Ukraine

Swedish company Lobiu Sala AB of former Ukroboronprom CEO Aivaras Abromavicius has been authorized to acquire more than 75% of Agro Region Stockholm Holding shareholding, the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) reads.
The relevant acquisition ensures exceeding 25% and 50% of the votes in the company's supreme governing body.
Under the data of the analytical system YouControl, Agro Region Stockholm Holding is one of the founders of Agro-Region, Ekaterina Rybachenko being the CEO. Lars Peter Elam Håkansson is a beneficiary of Agro-Region.
Agro-Region manages a 38 thou. t land bank in Ukraine.
