Dividend payment to MHP shareholders sums USD 30 mln in 2020

MHP agro-industrial holding will distribute USD 30 mln of dividend payment among its shareholders (USD 0.2803 per share) as approved by the Board. It is the payment for the year 2020, payable in April 2021.

Approximately USD 30 mln of dividends for 2019 were paid in April 2020.

"Taking into account the current challenging market dynamics, with a net debt to EBITDA ratio of 3.66 at 31 December 2020 the Board felt it prudent to continue to conserve cash and, subject to shareholder approval, to pay an unchanged dividend," the company says in a statement.
