Ukrainian dairy products granted access to market of Turkey

Ukraine and the Republic of Turkey have agreed on a bilateral certificate form for the export of Ukrainian dairy products, the SSUFSCP reports.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba marked the additional opportunities for Ukrainian dairy producers to enter the Turkish market through agreements with partners.

"The decision adopted will make it possible to increase the number of enterprises authorized to supply dairy products to Turkey. I am grateful to my colleagues from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and our partners from the Republic of Turkey for a positive decision on this matter," comments Vladyslava Magaletska, head of the SSUFSCP.

In May, Kuwait admitted Ukrainian dairy products to its market.

25 producers of milk and dairy products in Ukraine passed the EU audit for export in early March. Besides, the markets of Lebanon, Japan, Argentina and South Korea have been opened for Ukraine's products since the start of 2021.
