Poltava heads up regions in Ukraine in farmland sale transactions number

As of 20 July, the number of farmland sale transactions in Ukraine came to 1229, the Agrarian Ministry reports. The area of land under registered transactions is 1804 ha.
The highest number of land sale transactions in regions as of July 20:
- Poltava: 200
- Kyiv: 192
- Vinnytsya: 125
Four transactions have been registered in Mykolaiv region since 1 July 2021.
Largest farmland volume sold in regions:
- Poltava: 431 ha
- Kharkiv: 279.6 ha
- Vinnytsya: 172.2 ha
- Kyiv: 117.7 ha
The StateGeocadastre projected the cost of farmland in Ukraine upon land market opening with the highest being traded in Cherkasy region and the lowest in Chernihiv.
