Grain storage capacity increase in Chernihiv region to be financed by Kernel Open Agribusiness project

Agroindustrial company Magnat has had its project approved for the increase of the grain storage capacity in Chernihiv region. Upon completion of the construction, the capacity will reach 90,000 t, Elevatorist.com reports.

Currently, the construction works of the second phase of the grain storage are underway. Its designed storage capacity is 45 thou. t. Elevator equipment to be installed includes:

  • a 13.33 thou. t grain bin
  • 5 grain bins 6.67 thou. t each
  • a 2 thou. t/day grain dryer and a heat generator

The grain storage construction is financed by the Open Agribusiness by Kernel project, implemented by the company Kernel, with Penta Group as the general contractor.
