IMC chairman's company made third purchase of shares in October

Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased his shareholding in the company to 80.48% through his subsidiaries Richmarket Investments Ltd and Agrovalley Limited, the WSE reports.
On 18 October 2021, he purchased a total of 3 156 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 33.70 PLN (apx. USD 8.55) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 702 315 shares following the transaction.
The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.
In late September 2021, Aleksandr Petrov purchased 43 151 shares in IMC. In mid-October, IMC Chairman purchased 21 639 shares.
The market cap of IMC in the period October 13-20 increased by 4.3% to USD 283 mln.
