IMC Chairman Petrov increased shareholding to 80.74%

Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased his shareholding in the company to 80.74% through his subsidiaries Richmarket Investments Ltd and Agrovalley Limited, the WSE reports.
On 2-7 December 2021, he purchased a total of 16,988 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 31.60 PLN (apx. USD 7.77) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 786 504 shares following the transaction.
The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.
The market cap of IMC in the period November 25-December 1 decreased by 0.3% to USD 283 mln.
