IMC Board Chairman Petrov increased shareholding in the company

Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased his shareholding in the company to 80.47% through his subsidiaries Richmarket Investments Ltd and Agrovalley Limited, the WSE reports.
On 13-15 October 2021, he purchased a total of 21 639 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 33.33 PLN (apx. USD 8.44) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 699 159 shares following the transaction.
The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.
In late September 2021, Aleksandr Petrov purchased 43 151 shares in IMC.
The market cap of IMC in the period October 7-13 increased by 0.3% to USD 271 mln.
