Kernel agricultural holding has launched spring crops planting for the country's 2022 crop in the areas free from russian invaders. The company adds that winter crops are not being top-dressed in all fields. Cropland for late spring crops is also now being prepared for sowing.

"Teams of Central, Prydniprovskyi, Zahidnyi and Poltava Pivden Clusters have brought the machinery to the fields to conduct moisture conservation and to apply pre-plant fertilizers. In other company's production clusters, the teams are waiting for the soil to be ready for fieldwork," the message reads.

It is noted that the company's management ensured the supply of all the required resources for spring fieldwork. Kernel says it has a sufficient amount of seeds and petrol.

Previously reported that CFG started spring crops sowing. The company had to change its cropping plan in line with the challenges Ukraine faces today as a result of russia's invasion.

Eleven regions of Ukraine joined the campaign.
