This statement was made following a closed meeting of the UN Security Council, during which accusations of Iran supplying drones to russia were made.
Poliansky noted that Russia is not yet convinced of the need to extend the 'grain deal' and mentioned that the export of russian fertilizers and food remains the priority issue.
moscow expects the UN secretariat and secretary general to refrain from participating in any investigations into Iranian drones, which the russian diplomat called illegal, Polyansky said. Otherwise, russia will reconsider its cooperation with the UN.
"We do not want this, but there will be no other choice," Polyansky said.
