October farm products export from Ukraine close to 7 mln t

In October 2022, Ukraine exported 6.9 mln t of agricultural products via all transport routes, the Agrarian Ministry reports.

Export volumes of wheat and corn in October did not exceed the levels of September: 2 mln t and 2.3 mln t, respectively.

Rapeseed shipment in October reached 778 thou. t, 100 thou. t more on September. Exports of sunflower oil amounted to 433 thou. t (against 567 thou. t in September). Oilseed meal supplies amounted to 457.2 thou. t in October, 66 thou. t up on September shipment.

October barley exports totalled 383 thou. t, which is 14 thou. t less than in the previous month. Sunflower seeds shipment reached 290.4 thou. t, almost 90 thousand tons more on September.

The volume of soybean oil exports in October compared to September did not change and amounted to more than 25 thou. t. The volume of soybeans exports decreased by 10 thou. t to 230 thou. t.

  • corn 33.6%
  • wheat 28.71%
  • rapeseed 11.28%
  • sunflowerseed 4.21%
  • sunflower oil 6.28%
  • oilseed meal 6.63%
  • barley 5.56%
  • soybean 3.34%
  • soybean oil 0.38%

In total since February 24, the supply of grains, legumes, oilseeds and products thereof amounted to 26.2 mln t, including 10.2 mln t of corn and 5.4 mln t of wheat.
